CoreCoat is our entry-level service, developed to meet tight budgets without compromising basic quality. It still provides the quality you expect from NSP Coatings. It’s ideal for projects where price is the deciding factor. We are not like other powder coaters, you get quality at all levels of service.
Each project will be specified on its merit, the CoreCoat option is provided within the following parameters:
- Shot blasting to SA2.5 standard
- Zinc-rich primer only (no hot zinc spray)
- Standard topcoat from our stock range
- Extended lead times (subject to factory schedule)
- Basic packaging
- No QA documents
- No Transport included
