At NSP, we truly are one big family. Founded and owned by Neil and Romaine, the business has grown over the past 25 years with a strong sense of teamwork and loyalty at its core. While Neil and Romaine remain at the heart of the business, the day-to-day running is led by Nick, our Operations Director, who keeps everything moving smoothly. Supporting him in operations is Dan, while Tim ensures every job meets our high standards as Head of Quality Assurance.
Behind the scenes, Jas and Vicki keep the accounts department running like clockwork, making sure everything adds up. On the shop floor, Liam brings structure and energy as our floor manager and no one gets things from A to B like our legendary Transport Manager, affectionately known as Moose.
Together, we’re more than just a coatings company, we’re a tight-knit team that cares about the work we do and the people we do it for.

From those early days, with just a handful of customers and a commitment to doing things right, Neil and Romaine have built NSP into the largest independent powder coating facility in the South East.
