  • Red Flags and Real Communication – If something arrives that’s not as described (e.g. a different finish, damage, or missed prep), we don’t just wing it. The item goes straight into quarantine, gets flagged to our operations team, and the system begins a customer resolution process. No finger-pointing. Just clear communication and next steps.
  • Centralised Data – No more juggling spreadsheets, chasing emails, or miscommunications between departments. Everything lives in one system, from your original quote, through each production step, to final delivery on our own transport.
