Coatings Ltd, based just off the M25 in Kent, provide powder
coating, shot blasting, wet spray and hot zinc spray services to industry across the South East.
NSP
Coatings Ltd is a growing company having recently expanded
its operation through the acquisition of a new industrial
unit dedicated to wet spray services & hot zinc spray as well as investing in a
new compressor as part of our ongoing
program of capital investment, pictured right. As such we
are now able to offer greater capacity and a more efficient
and economical service
to both our existing and new customers. |

Coatings Ltd undertake powder coating of
items upto 4.0m x 1.8m x 2.0m in a range of finishes including
polyester, epoxy, anti-graffiti, specialist coatings to satisfy
the new handrail regulations and zinc rich primers giving extra life for highly
corrosive environments, all in a range of colours including
RAL and BS. We also offer specialist finishes such
as wrinkling, lacquering and sparkle effects, as well as
offering a colour matching service. All coatings can be applied
to specific thicknesses according to customer specifications.

Wet
Spray |
|

We
offer wet sprays in RAL and BS
colours, applied as two pack Polyeurethane, single pack air
dry paints, three coat systems and as primers, as well as
cold tar epoxies for use in sewage tanks, water containers & pipes,
and offer an airless spraying service. All coatings can be
applied to specific Dry Film Thickness (DFT) levels. In July
2006 we also acquired a new unit for dedicated wet spray
services. |

Grit
Blasting |
|

 We
offer steel grit shot blasting for
items upto 8.5m x 4m x 4m to Sa 2.5 standard for mild
steel and iron components. Shot blasting is typically used
for the removal of paint, rust and scale and leaves a clean,
etched surface ideally suited as a based for subsequent coating. Our shot
blast facilities are also available to local metal finishers
for sub-contract work.

Pre-Treatments |

Pre-treatments
offered include grit blasting as detailed above, vapour de-greasing
of components upto 1.9m x 0.5m x 0.5m, and the filling, sanding & masking
of wood products.

Transport & Loading |
|
|
 Based
within a few miles of the M25 we offer collection & delivery
service across the Thamesmead area including East London
and Maidstone although services outside of this are can be
arranged subject to commercial agreement. We operate a 1.5
tonne open back truck and a 2.5 tonne fork truck. You can find

Turnaround |

We
offer a standard 3-4 day turnaround on all work, a faster turnaround can be arranged subject to agreement. All our staff are experienced
and highly skilled which means that work can be undertaken
quickly and efficiently. |

provide a high quality service aiming for zero defects in
every batch, 100% customer satisfaction and the provision
of a cost effective service every time. Whether working on
a large production run or a small one off job, all work is
carried out to the exacting specifications and tolerances
detailed by the customer. |
