Degreasing

NSP Coatings Ltd offer a vapour degreasing services for items upto 1.9m x 0.5m x 0.5m. The service can be used to remove lightly greased or soiled components such as machined billets, sheet metal etc, giving a clean oil free coating prior to powder coating or spraying.

Degreasing is generally a pretreatment prior to finishing but can be offered as a stand alone service.

Manual pretreatment is also undertaken, as seen in the image to the right.
